No it will not. The turbo you linked has a T3 or a T4 hot side (essentially the design of the mating flange). you need to look with something that specifically states having a Mitsubishi or MHI hot side.

And no experience with that clutch, but I am personally more of a fan of full faced disks for daily driven street cars at reasonable horsepowers.

Got any clutch recommendations then? looking to end off only around 450hp for now.
 
Personally I have the K536SSXTZ/B – SSX Kevlar/Ceramic, I really like this clutch, works well at the track and behaves very well on the street. I would recommend it based on your stated power goals and on the assumption that your car will be mostly street driven.
