Will this crashed transmission be okay?

ok i need a tranny finaly found a good deal and now i want to know of its sketchy, ok the tranny comes out of a 08 gst spyder and i need it for my 95 tsi fwd, will this fit,
also the guy is selling it becuase it was in a wreck, the owner hit a wall and hes parting it out? could or is it a good chance it is damaged!?

I would say that a tranny is usually fine after a wreck but I guess it all depends on what happend. I would just ask the person that is selling it because no one else will be able to tell you if it ok or not.
