Raising Boost - will I be okay with my injectors?

Okay so I have my new wastegate springs coming thursday.

However something else occurred to me - will my injectors be good for this boost?

Currently I'm boosting around 15psi with my 650cc FIC's staying around a 68-71% duty. My new wastegate spring setup will put me at 21.75psi

Now, I do have my car tuned a tad rich with a/f's staying around 10.8-10.9 at WOT.

Just wondering if raising my boost from 15 to basically 22 if I should be worried about needing new injectors or not? I'm running 91octane

Thanks

DSMLink v3
I for sure will be doing a live log when I first take it out after the spring install

I probably also should of mentioned I'm on a td05 20g.

if anyone else has any insight to this let me know.

Otherwise it looks like I may just have to install them and go slowly get on it until I'm at WOT to see if I'm going to run out of fuel or not. I was just wondering if someone would think raising the boost around 7psi could increase my injectory duty by 20% or more.

If my injectors end up being at 95%+ at WOT, even if they arent hitting fuel cut I'll probably go ahead and upgrade.

So now realizing that DSMLink eliminates fuel cut, what's the safest way to test to see if my injectors will manage the boost?

Just ease into the throttle and eye the wideband and injector duty on my laptop? Keep going until at WOT as long as everything looks okay?

I didn't hit fuel cut till like 26-27psi on my td06 20g on a rich tune with 680s, but thats due to my wastegate line blowing apart, so your mileage may vary. What's your duty cycle/airflow at your current boost? There's a thread here somewhere that will tell you how much airflow you can push on any given injector size on e85/pump around here somewhere if you search.

Thx, didn't notice that. I'm pretty sure unless you lean it out a bit you'll be @ over 80% duty cycle for sure @ 21psi, which isn't recommended for "safety" reasons but I think you'll be fine @ 21psi in terms of not completely running out of injector. It just depends, if you run out of injector its not the end of the world, just keep an eye on your AFR and knock and then review the log to see where your IDCs are sitting @.

isn't an 80% idc the ideal tune so an injector has room for extra flow? There are hundreds of duty cycle debates on this site. Many people do not believe in them.
