i have a stock air filter/ intake pipe its all plastic crap i was thinking about getting a dejon intake pipe+filter i was wondering if i would be able to notice a difference

If it's just an intake, no, but if you have other mods as well (exhaust, etc) than you should. Think about it, with all the bends/ripples in the intake pipe, it restricts air flow, with a nice smooth surface, it does not restrict air flow. You should get it anyways, and work on other mods if you havent done so already.

yeah i have an exhaust im trying to find a cheap supra side mount and getting a walbro190 fuel pump

A new K&N should be worth about 5-10hp on a dsm, and the pipe will help smooth out some of the air, but the real purpose of the intake pipe becoming metal is to keep from colapsing under boost... restricting air.

I remember reading somewhere that injen claims 18hp increase on their intake.

But also with an aftermarket intake and filter you will hear a louder turbo spool
