Considering just replacing my old clogged cat with a test pipe, this will be the only replaced peice of exhaust (need 2.5" right?) will it make it really loud? or will it remain almost as low as stock, I know it will be somewhat louder.

Louder and slightly more high-frequency noise.

It sounds very sexy though :)

yea im trying to get some of my power back, my car loses to a 15.3 second GTP, my stock turbo spools at over 3k, so I figure this is the oringal cat, and at 108k im sure its clogged like crazy, hopefulyl get some spool time and hp back.

thing is I might be selling the car come spring, so I dont want it to look to modded.

Are there any gaskets I need to buy with one? Or will an exhaust shop have what they need. probly getting one off slowboyracing, 2.5" is like $55 bucks.
