I just completed my "test only" smog as well. The first thing they're gonna look for is the vacuum lines-they MUST be routed and connected properly. The K&N is no issue, everybody knows they're street legal. I don't have a lot of experience with your model, but I do know that you must have everything vacuumed properly just to take the test.

Does the factory ( Boost Control Solenoid) hookup to that nipple?? And do need to get a factory (BCS) and hook it back up??,THANKS,,

So should I lower the boost before I go to get my smog??? And also I have NGK BPR7ES gapped @28 is that ok for smog??

The plugs are fine and they are gapped properly because I am guessing you mean they are gapped at .028 inches. It is ok to be running BRP7ES's with higher than stock boost levels. As for that nipple, you can either plug it or if you think they will notice, then take a vacuum line like Jason said and plug it up and hide it. Either way get it plugged up somehow. You won't have boost at idle, only vacuum, so no need to worry about that.

run a vac line to it and hide it somewhere with a screw in it or something :)
Yeah, because the jokers at the California smog stations never think to actually trace out the lines, or think anything about one that's just plugged and hanging.
Put on all the stock parts. And go back to BPR6ES plugs.

Yes, I have great luck with the factory spark plugs, no gapping either. I turned my boost all the way down just to be safe but it doesn't matter because they'll hold a certain RPM for a bit which will force your turbo output to below atmospheric pressure.
