420A 95 Eagle ESi Will it pass smog

Ok I have a 1995 Eagle Talon ESi and it needs to be smogged. I can take it anywhere my registration does not state I have to go to a test only center so I take I am ok right?

Well I have bought a new cat. My problem is I have headers that are aftermarket but they do have the hole for the O2 sensor. So I replaced the O2 sensor and slapped it in to the headers.

My CEL light went away will I pass smog in California?

You may need CARB certification for the headers, depending on who the mechanic is.

What does a CARB sticker have and whats it say and look maybe my pops can hack one out and weld it on so it can visual?
