wild tech. 5 speed transmission question

I race a 91 eclipse on a dirt track and never get above 3rd gear, my question is oculd I build a transmission with a first gear 2 second gears (one turbo and one NA gear) and 2 third gears (again one turbo and one NA gear) so that the shifting pattern would be 1-2-2-3-3 the reason that I would like to do this is for fine tuning RPMS and having to carry less tires.

More spec. vendor just call up Sheppard and see what he can do for you as far as FINE tuning gears
