Ok so i searched around and couldn't really find out the answer. my question is i bought a eugo full kit. everything is installed the sensor is 25-30 inches from the manifold or 18 inches after turbo. now car has stock .cu so i know its gonna be off but cruising is mid 14s idle is 15.5-16 and when i get on it even i get 5th gear at 2000 rpms it goes straight to 10??? My car hits.fuel cut cause i hauvnt tuned it yet but i wanted to know if that was normal or not on the stock ecu. and i have it powered from the big lighter and I've seen and been told it works and nobody has problems and check it and it gives out plenty of power. The 20g is dumped as well so please help.
 
ok cool the wierd part is if i get on it inany of the gears it will drop right to 10. i didnt know if there was something wrong or if its just because the stock ecu?

or maybe the way i had it wired was wrong? the cig lighter is a good spot with enough power coming thru it and i tested it and it was more then enough but i didnt know if it changed when it was under a load to make it act weird or not? and the placement of the sensor itself i went an extra 5 inches so its around 28-30 inches from the manifold or 18-20 from the turbo itself. i didnt want it burning out to much and i didnt know if it being dumped would give me false or non accurate readings?
 
Well, the factory fuel map does max out in the mid-to-low 9 AFR's (higher load and RPM - typically during WOT) and I don't think the UEGO reads any richer than 10:1 so that's why it's maxing out.

The cigarette lighter should be fine.

Do you have a cat still? That can mess with the readings if it's between the turbo and the sensor.
 
it is 3 inch all the way back there is a resonator and thats it. it is in the middle of the exhaust after the 2nd sensor. ican post a pic if needed. i thought the same thing but i got rid of all of that when i upgraded it.
 
Like snowboarder said when you go WOT the factory fuel map dumps a stupid amount of fuel into your engine. Even with my MAF/MAFT I'm still in the low 11:1. While we are on this subject snowboarder what's a good cruising AFR?
 
14s i would think off of boost. and so do you think that is why its hitting fuel cut and making injectors max out.i have stock injectors set at 10 pounds and i can't get on it after 4500 without it cutting out and banging real hard...
