wideband info on DSMLINK?

is the wideband option on DSMLINK good to use for tuning?
my friend just got DSMLINK (boy am I jealous) and I was playing around on it and saw option for logging WB O2 and it actually shows like 15:1 and so on.

Does your friend have a WB 02 installed? If not, you're referring to link's "estimated a/f" feature. It's just that, an estimate. It assumes correct VE, fuel delivery, etc. Without an actual WB, it's only guesswork, though it has been shown to be reasonably close.
