Why wont 1g stay running without revving it first?

heres the deal..i wanna buy this sick 1 gen with a ton of mods but only thing turning me off when driving it are 2 things..one is when the act 2600 is pushed in the engine rpms slow down and u can hear the engine strain..im guessing this one is normal though from the pressure the flywheel is putting on the engine right..since its such a stiff clutch..only other thing though is u can start it without revving it first..itll start right up but u cant hold the clutch in without hitting the gas first in first gear..itll just stall if u dont give it gas..it only does it in first gear though..also when downshifting into 1 gear its the same thing..u have to push it into 1gear without the clutch or it will stall..i was told this is prob the tps sensor by the selller..does this sound like thats the problem..if not what else could it be..thanks

sounds like a problem with the ICS, it needs to be tested to find out if it is working or not. if not you would get similar problems to those you are describing
