Why is it easy to shift sometimes and other times it's not?

My car has always been picky on the shifting. Everytime I shift I push the clutch all the way in and sometimes it's smooth as silk, sometimes it's tougher than rocks, and the rest of the time it's somewhere in between. Any ideas?

If you have no leaks and you bled the system correctly, your master is probably on its way out.

Dirty transmission fluid can cause this. If it has never been changed, you should change it. BG syncroshift is a good fluid to run. I changed mine when I got my car and it shifted noticably smoother. Also check the hydrolic clutch system for leaks(if the master cylinder is low).
