There are a ton of HID kits on eBay. Its hard to tell what kits are trash. Has anyone bought a kit on eBay? I really want HIDs, but I don't want to buy something that won't last. I'm staying away from the retrofitting thing so I'm just looking for direct bolt ons. Who also has 6000k bulbs? Is it really deep in color? I don't want it too dark cuz its just plain rice.

Stay away from the kits that claim anything over 6000k. I personally believe in getting what you pay for. If you can get your hands on any real **Phillips** kit your set to go! But be ready to spend between $400-$500.

Check out www.hidtech.com. They can retrofit projectors into your stock headlight housings. They have a wide range of projectors to choose from as well as wiring harnesses to plug into your stock headlight plugs. They don't claim to have a plug and play kit for our cars like other people do. The whole thing is pretty expensive, but it'll be done right. good luck.
