white smoke out the tail pipe after warming up the car. i know its not from cold start because it only starts after the car is up to temp. No coolant in the oil, but there does seem to be oil in the coolant. Smells like dead fish, almost like burnt clutch but different. Thats all ive noticed so far. Headgasket?

It could be your headgasket. Check for oil leaking from the headgasket by the oil passages. A compression test could give you some info if any of the cylinders are noticeably lower than the others, most likely 2 and 3 would be. Pressurizing the coolant system could tell you if you have a pressure tester.

I agree, at this point the best move would be a compression test to see if it reveals a possible head gasket leak.

have you checked your turbo? could have seals going bad, white and sweet exhaust smoke usually means coolant, and a burnt smell I'd perform a leak down test asap.
I'm not sure on your details but I had a similar issue after blowing a 14b. My issue was oil in my exhaust burning off once my car warmed enough to heat the pipe.
Oil in your coolant is a good indication of HG but double check, and do a leak down test, then get back with us.

How are your vacuum lines setup under the hood? is everything connected as it should? I just tuned a guys car yesterday that was smoking like crazy out the taillpipe because his vacuum lines were all FUBARd and 2 were open to the atmosphere.

If those are in good shape 802's suggestion isn't bad and a compression test wouldn't hurt either.

White smoke mostly indicates Water. Best case scenario could be a head gasket and worst case a cracked head. You should do a coolant system test to see if it's holding the correct pressure.

My bet is in valve seals. A compression check would indeed be needed.
Valve seals typically smoke under accel or deccel, either way a compression check tests the cylinder when the valve are closed and would not show bad valve (guide) seals.

I had a cloud of white smoke coming out the tailpipe after a cold start but when running it was fine. Ended up being the valve seals. I think you might have a head gasket problem.
