Whining noise please help!!!

Hey guys im having a problem with my new swap jdm 6 bolt motor that had 3 month old gas. This noise that seem to becoming between my throtle body and manifold, and it sounds like a whinning noise. Also after 2-3 min. check engine would pop up. I log it with mmcd and i seem to have no problem BUT the ISC opening at idle. . PLEASE HELP!!!?

By the way i have i get 5-9 knocks when driving normally and shifting at 3 rpm.

Check for boost leaks
