To add in with what was said above, you should also get a new IM gasket put on as well (thermal barrier gasekt) and if you haven't already, get the revised lifters put in as well. Valves, springs, cams, guides are your choice to do. If you don't have ARP head studs yet, get those put in as well.
 
I would upgrade as much as you have the budget for while you have the car apart. I would do Valves, Springs, Retainers. Head studs and quality gaskets are a must. If you have some extra cash go for a set of cams, if not build it so you can put cams in later down the road.
