Which Wideband?

Been using the NGK AFX in my buddy's car with dsmlink, and im fairly impressed with it. very easy to setup/install. Overall best bang for buck in my opinion. If I wasn't using AEM EMS i would have bought the NGK AFX for my car also.

i believe its about 250 or so for the ngk...

put a resistor in and add the egr pin?
edit: if you have a 90 that won't work with out a 91-94 chip

I appreciate that very much, but I'm trying to keep it under $100.. any suggestions, or am I looking at a piece of junk for that price? (for example, I can find Bosch or ones on eBay for $80 shipped)

the lc1 w/o the gauge and log it through your egr input

He's got a 2g, so his best option for a loggable input will probably be his rear O2 signal.

I'm also in the market for a O2 sensor. A gauge would be nice, but not necessary. I'm using DSMLink.

Whats the lowest afr that the innovative registers, ive heard not to get the aem because it starts at 11.1 being the lowest ( in which 11.1 is the ratio I run. ) So i was thinking aem was more suited for n/a or leaner running cars.
I was thinking the innovative started as low as in the 10s...

Thats just a sensor without the needed electronics to run it

Anyone have a copy of this article that doesn't require subscribing to an online magazine? :)

Here's one:

http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cach...-fuel+meter+shootout&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=3&gl=us

That is the exact article minus the pics. It may be a bit hard to read so just copy everything into a Word document and zoom in or enlarge the font to make it easier.

Here's another with a results comparison:

I hope these help!

Well I have used the Innovate LM-1 with the "aux" box on many cars. It work well, is easy to set up, and is relativly simple to move from car to car. Which was a consideration for me. You do not need the aux box but it does allow logging of upto five other parameters to base your tuning efforts on. The same can be done with the "RPM" cable for less money, but it is also a little less adaptable.

I have also used the AEM gauge type wide band o2, it works well for a more permanent mount in a specific car.

For my personel car I have a AEM UEGO "box type" wideband. This works very well with the EMS ecu and allows a little less cumbersome method of allowing the ecu and wideband to talk to each other. I have this simotainously with the LM-1 and can find no real difference in the reported data, so long as the sensors are in the same area.
