Okay guys im between 3 different heads. First is a ported head, with 1mm valves and stock springs that I was going to spend the extra to put on bc springs. The head also comes with fp2 cams. Second head has 3g lifters, crower springs, 3 angle valve job, and bc 272 cams. Last is my stock head with bc 272 cams. Which one guys? I have the built bottem end thats a 2.0 and all the supporting mods. Im looking to make between 400 -600 not sure on turbo yet.

For your goals a stock head with cams with do the trick! No need to spend the extra $. Put that money into something else. A close friend of mine recently trapped 136mph with a completely stock 6-bolt block/head w/ BC 272 cams with his FP3065. I've trapped 128mph with a stock block/head w/FP2x cams on pump gas.
