where to buy awd intermediate shaft ???

does anyone know where I might be able to get a intermediate shaft for my 95 gsx either new or used , the dealer wants like $400 for it and I dont really want to spend that much unless I have to. is there any where that sells it with the driverside axle ?

I've tried all of those to no avail , I guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and buy it from the dealer
