I know where to get a rebuild kit (a recognized ebay vendor) but im wondering where I can buy a 14b compressor wheel. What about the turbine wheel? Ive emailed Gpopshop and a few other vendors but thought I'd ask on here just in case.

I know some of you may think it isn't worth it to rebuild one but Im looking for the knowledge more than anything.

You might look into buying a complete used 14b and just rebuilding that. Might even end up being cheaper then sourcing a new wheel, there are usually a bunch of 14b ads in the classifieds. I found one local to me for 30$, so I picked it up just so I could take it apart and find out what makes it tick.

Is there no one that sells a 14b inducer wheel for less then 180 there are alot of wheels on ebay but they are all 16g wheels. I have searched on google for companys but cant find any.

ok im getting three 14b and rebuilding them I have gotten one turbo in the mail today took it apart and will post pics of the wheels and you can tell me if i can reuse them as for the other turbo the inducer wheel is badly turn up as well as the exducer.

Ok here are some pics of my compressor wheels inducter and exducer there is some wear on the shaft of the exducer is it ok?

There is wear on the inducer blades very small amount and one of them is barly bent on the outside.

Shaft is junk- so is the compressor wheel.

It's not the wear along the leading edge of the compressor inducer tips that has me worried- it's the way the the blades are hooked on only one side of the compressor wheel, showing that the shaft probably bent. This means that the fins are going to be longer on one side of the wheel than the other, and that's a big no-no.
