you should buy a Auto repair manual and make that your bestfriend it helps so much and it only cost $15

If you want to take your radio out all you have to do is pull the plastic trim piece off and it will reveal which screws you will need to take out to get the radio out.

If your wandering what the plastic trim piece is im talking about, its the plastic that outlines your radio and i believe the knobs that control the a/c and heat.

well. i pretty much need to take alot off. like. not to sound riced out. but i plan on painting a lil bit, and i just got a carbon fiber gauge besel that goes around the tach and i need to put that in.

so like. im putting a CD player in my car too. and i got that part out of it. but i need to know what im supposed to put in the big opening underneath. like. does anybody have pictures on what i could do to make it look good? and what am i supposed to get for all of that and for it to be held in the rite place?
thanks alot guys. big help on the directions for the dash too. i got my stuff replaced and now im working on the player.

You can get an installation kit, like this one...

http://www.tune-town.com/Cars/stuff/Mitsubishi/1989-94_Mitsubishi_Eclipse.htm

There's different things that are done to the space below the stereo depending on who's kit you buy. For example, some are made to have a little shelf to put things in, and some just have a flat front.

You should be able to buy them at any car stereo place in town. It's what they would use if they were installing a new stereo for you. I got mine at Circuit City.

so like. could i put my gauges under there instead of placing them where the vents are?
but yeah. i got a friend who works at circit city. i'll see if i can get him to get me one. thanks bud. so. yeah. im going to go look for this stuff. thanks guys. big help. random question. would you recamend me like. building my motor or painting the car first? i got pics on my stuff. thanks guys.
