Happens on cold starts only, can sit about 12 hours in below freezing temps before it happens again, goes away once it can idle on its own. It's that higher pitch sound?

Your crank pulley has a rubber insert to dampen vibrations from the crank. When then insert starts to fail from age(especially in colder climates) the pulley will start to have a slight wobble. This could quite possibly be the sound in that video, I am in no way 100% that it is the sound in question but it is a good possibility.

Yes. The pulley is made up of two pieces, inner and outer, with a rubber insert between them. When they start to fail the rubber comes loose from the pulley causing it to squeal or squeak. When it warms up the noise goes away (sometimes) and starts back after it gets cools down again.
