What's the name of the TB elbow gasket???

Alright, I have the TB to intake mani gasket but I can't figure out what the air intake ti tb elbow gasket is called at Advance.

Any ideas?

Leaking boost badly from these.

its the same gasket.

both sides of the TB are shaped the same.

Its called permetex. Works just as good, easier to find and cheaper.

The part number is MD117583. And actually, both tb gaskets aren't the same.

dont be incredibly cheap, my tb elbow gasket was like 2.20.
now, technically I could use the rtv crap in my garage, but lets assume I didnt already have some, that tube cost over 5 bucks, so buy the damn gasket.
You dont necessairly need the name, they have diagrams, just point it out to them.

So are you saying RTV is crap and going the cheap way? I have had way better luck with rtv than the gaskets, ecspecaily the throttle body gaskets. Being a tech and using this stuff almost daily I would recomend the permetex over the gasket. Of course this is my opinion, but I think alot of people would agree.

hey no, I'm not calling it crap, I'm just referring to it as the crap in my garage, it is good stuff, no doubt about it.
whatever floats youre boat pal, keep on using youre permetex if you please.
