Whats the differences in the 4G63t motors?

The 4G63t is in the 1G's, 2G's and still the EVO VIII. They are all 4G63's, but do they all have the same internals/cams/ect? I know all the bolt-ons are different. Turbo's etc...
But is there an article that explains all the differences somewhere?
