Im thinking about selling my car. It has 83k miles, new engine and trans. Very good intereior, pretty good paint job. Heres a list of mods.

Full Refurbished 4g63t 7bolt
-MLS Head Gasket
-Balance shafts Removed
-Oil Squirters Removed

Fully Rebuilt Stage 2 TRE Transmission

-The parts replaced:
New high friction 1-5th synchros
New 1st-2nd hub & sleeve
New 3rd/4th hub & sleeve
New 1st-2nd shift fork
New 3rd/4th shift fork
New double synchro 2nd gearset
New Input shaft bearings
New Intermediate shaft bearings
New needle bearings under 1st -5th gears
New oil seals
New synchro keys
New synchro key springs
New front & center differential shims
Neodymium trash magnet, oil filter and magnetic drain plug.
New snap rings, heavy duty double roll pins, end nuts, bearing shims and all the other non-reusables
Center differential Torrington bearing upgrade
Enlarged oil passages. This makes for a cooler running better shifting longer lasting transmission.
All gears & shafts stress relieved, deburred and modified for durability and improved shift quality.
New intermediate shaft
New 3rd-4th gearset
Glass beading of transmission case. Your transmission will look like new

Im in college, could use the money, and something a bit more reliable. Building a car usually results in a lot of down time no matter what car it is.
 
I'd give you four dollars for it, but if I see it in person maybe six.
 
I would pay for it as much as an 83k mile DSM would go for. That's frankly what majority of the marketers go for. They don't care about aftermarket stuff.
 
Once you do that many mods they are not worth selling. Cut your losses and keep it.

So unless you think you can get over $10k I would keep it.
 
No way am I keeping it, I take care of it and baby it, and it still mangages to blocw a sensor out here and there. Too much down time.

Im trying for 8k obo on craigslist right now.
 
i think that you would deffinatly be able to get $8000 for it. i bought my 98 gst for $7000 with 80k on it. only had a few mods on it though, nothing compared to what you have done. if i were you though i would deffinatly consider keeping it. thats just my opinion though
