My favorite car was my Suzuki Forsa. had the little geo metro 3 cylinder. it would never quit running used it to tear up the muddy roads of the missouri back-woods.

My first car was a 71 beetle(non-super). It was a full ground up resoration/baja build that took a year while I was going to HS and working 6 hours a day. The car was awesome when it was finished but it wasn't practical since it was set up for race. No heat, no AC, no radio, 11-point cage, etc. I put a hurt on quite a few imports though

Second car was a 92 2.0 eclipse. LOVED it, but it turned out to be a lemon. It had some front end damage that the previous owner down-played, and turned out to be pretty bad. So I joy rode/jumped/ralleyed/beat the shit out of it for 2 months and donated it to charity. It was about this time I found out about talons and I wanted one bad, but ended up getting a nice ranger instead.

Then I totalled that last summer after four years of faithful service. Gave me a whole new respect for ford.

So I did another full on restore over the summer/fall of 09 on a Porsce 914. It was in such horrendous shape the guy just traded it to me in return for some VW motor rebuild work. The Porsche turned out great. I'll post some pics later tonight. I didn't want to sell it but it wasn't going to be a practical DD especially with winter right around the bend. So I sold it and finally got around to getting my budget dream car;

Hmm... I'm only 17 now so it hasn't been very long... anyways.

Bought my first DSM when I was 15. 93 Eclipse GS 1.8L 4g37. Ran great, clean body. Bought it for $1600, sold it for $2500 a couple months later when I found out about the AWD turbo 1g's.

Bought a 92 TSI AWD with a bad trans. 6 bolt/4 bolt. Worked on that car, realized it wasn't cost effective to fix it to make it what I wanted, so I parted it out and bought my 94 TSI AWD. 7 bolt engine, 4 bolt rear. In the process of a slight transformation.

And before I got my license, I raced BMX for almost 8 years. I was 2nd in the nation and I quit a couple years later. Got into racing 4x/mountain cross and downhill MTB racing... then I got my license and money went into that.

I have almost quadruple the money in my 2 race bikes that I have in my Talon...

Like they say, boost is addicting and it gets you laid. I haven't looked back since.

I was into mini trucks...used to have a '74 and a '79 datsun 620 all the way slammed to the floor. My friends '99 turboed RS made me think...I still love those trucks but parts were hard to find, and most of the time I had to import them form Japan or make my own modifications

Well, they do sell kits to build aircraft, but when he's done he would need an IA to inspect it to make sure he did it right.
