definitely an ebay china copy. One thing that's consistant i've noticed is the smaller 10mm banjo bolts whrere as real Tials and others seem to run a larger 13 and 14mm banjo. But i've got several like the one in that pic fropm china copies i can show ya if you wanna see a tial one and china one side by side

HOwever. aside from weaker material on the diaphram i've seen many many china/ebay WG's in service around here doing their job just fune so i wouldn't be too scared of it. on the tial copies the springs, diaphrams and all inbterchange so parts can be bought from the real parts manufacturer

Looks similar to an ATR wastegate to me?

Meh, the more I look at it, the more I want to say it doesn't look like an ATR. Sorry

Some knockoff gates I've seen had an orange silicone diaphragm like the authentic models they're copying, and some literally have what appears to be a bicycle tube inside.

I've literally seen XS Power knockoff gates that leaked like crazy brand new right out of the box when given enough air pressure to open them. That's horrible quality control.
