That works, its the one I use and you got it hella cheaper then what I paid for mine :ohdamn:

Good deal. Just gotta round up the funds for that. I'm ordering a tire tomorrow , one off mine is down to the nylon strings :banghead:

I think you should try to get a fmic next to let the turbo breath better and from there get a J pipe and go exhaust after that so you can be done opening up the car from its restricted air then go 16G turbo

I already have a big 16g. Would a fmic or 3" exhaust give better increase in performance? Fmic was gonna be one of my last mods because it seems like such a pain.

FMIC and exhaust aren't going to give you much gains in performance at all, they are mostly mods clearing the way for future power. If you are going to run a 16g on up, pick up a fmic, its a good early mod. Exhaust as well.

On the wideband, id get the innovate mtx-l, its very universally tuner friendly with dsmlink. However, aem is also good, apples and oranges really. Get one of the two though, and dont go cheaper, you'll thank me later.

AWD you should really replace all 4

I'm just grabbing one to last me till I can find a good set of ice studded tires. I want to be the master of the road in the winter.

Alright. So I really can't even start adding power till I get a fmic and exhaust anyway?

Well, depends on where you want to go. Are you going to 500hp? If so, definitely upgrade the exhaust. If you just want to go 300-350 or so you can just keep the stock exhaust, it will be a restriction, but barely so. With basically any turbo upgrade your going to want to go FMIC. The stock sidemount isnt very good and will get heatsoaked quick running something like a 16g with a reasonable amount of boost. Look into VRSF FMIC's, maybe you can even get in on the group buy here:
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/ven...-1g-2g-fmic-group-buy-lowest-price-yet-8.html
That price is outrageously good for a solid fmic like that. Punishment is good as well, I run one and im very satisfied, but that group buy price is too good to pass up.

I'm basically aiming to make a mustang and Jdm killer. So 300 sounds kinda reasonable LOL

Irish is spot on here. An exhaust will help, but is definitely not stopping you from 300hp. But the 16g is a little heat machine at high boost, so a FMIC will make your life much easier. For a 1g I would suggest the VRSF street core kit. I also agree that the AEM wideband is a nice unit, I've ran one for over a year on gas and E85 with no issues, but it typically has issues logging in DSMLink. I personally have never gotten it more accurate that .1 difference between the log and the gauge. Not a huge deal, but very annoying.

Wow I can't believe no one else has commented on that specific boost controller. I had one and had nothing but problems with it. Everything from the + or - on the knob being ass backwards, to not really being able to "control" boost(it's set at stock boost, rasie it one click and it's at 20+ psi, not good).

That's not good.

btw, I put the brake set on today and It looks great and all, but I think I messed something up because it makes a hell of a lot of squeaking and rubbing noise :/ LOL. I'll keep playing with it. I think I just need new calipers.

Cheack the wheels for being warmer than the other side after braking..Maybe you have a stuck caliper..Heat is an easy indication..The new piston seal is like 6$ from auto parts store.
