A local shop did this for me. It will also get 1mm oversized SS Valves, Crower spring and retainers. It is O-ringed. Cams are gonna be Comp 200.

Stage 4380? There are some "staged" heads that don't include any porting. There are others that have full on race CNC porting with the injector bungs welded shut to increase flow. That is to say, stage doesn't really mean anything without a reference.

What are you trying to figure out? Or do you just wanna put "stage _ head" on your mods list?
 
Stages are a way for shops to "label" differnt amounts of work done to a given head or block. You should not try to compare one companies stage 3 head to another companies stage 2 head, since the amount of work done at any given stage is entirely up to the shop.
