Its a new unit for the DSMs and I'm just trying to get people to recognize the potentional of the product. A good portion of the people just follow a mod path that goes to a GM Maf or a 2g Maf with a S-afc and no one knows about this setup yet so I'm just trying to spread the word of it.

Once other people start to buy it and use it on their car that are on this forum I'm sure that they will chime in and say how much they like it :thumb:

For power on pump gas you certainly do need timing control. I am sure you could make power on c16 with just a chipped ecu for injector scale so you won't be adding a bunch of timing with a piggy back. To run more than 20psi you are going to have to take timing out of the factory 16 deg high airflow table on pump gas.

The stock 2g mas will support 47-50 lb/min. Hacked it will flow another 10-12% before maxing out. The mas is one of those things you upgrade when you need to.

Ah the oldest smoke screen in the book, if you haven't maxed it out, there's no need to upgrade :rolleyes: Should we start naming stock parts people have run 11s on and claim there is no benifit from upgrading those either?
 
DSMchip already has the etended maps to run higher boost on pump but Buschur advises to stay at 20PSI on pump. Even thoughI have 112 readily available I want to do some road trips where I will not have that option so except for some fun weekends 20psi and poump it will be!
Yeah I have heard stock pistons are enough for 11's, etc. but the thought of forged pistons and rods is reassuring.
I may not even see a track with this car. Interstate driving is what I want to do but that has to do with a personal issue ivolving health and the fact I have not traveled more than 80 miles in 5 years. I may drive to buschur's shop for some tuning on his new dyno just for kicks to see what HP it is making. mark
