There is someone local trying to sell a Buschur Stage 2 Longblock. I was wondering if there are any markings or stamps that Buschur puts on their blocks. I was told that they stamp the block somewhere near the oil pan, but I am yet to verify this.

Any help is appreciated. I just don't want to get ripped off.

i plan on it...but figured since they won't pick up the phone at this hour...i'd give the forums a try

I would pull the oil pan and look to see if it has rods and pistons(aftermarket). Do a compression check if possible.
