What size injectors?

You should use the 1150's. You don't have to downsize to run gasoline, just change the global adjustments for gas instead of E85. But if the previous owner has also tuned the car for E85, switching back to gas without tuning can cause serious issues.

Then I would suggest reverting all timing and fuel adjustments (especially in the DA tables) back to stock and putting these values into the fuel adjustments.

Global %: -61

Deadtime: 330

Then makes adjustments until your A/F ratio, timing, and knock levels are where you want them.

I know Milwaukee is big but do you live near any of these?

Airport Petroleum, 5979 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207

Citgo, 425 E. Capitol Dr., Milwaukee, WI 53212

Marathon, 4137 W. Fond Du Lac Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53216

Marathon, 10501 Brown Deer Rd., Milwaukee, WI 53224

They all sell E85.

I live in a city about 30-45 minutes away from milwaukee, it would be a pain having to drive that way every time i need gas, as I am normally never in that area

Right on, well just check here and make sure there isn't anywhere you can go nearby. Trust me when I say E85 is WORTH the pain.

Well thanks, theres a few stations somewhat closer to me in hartford and a few other cities, but I'm not sure if the guy that sold it to me actually had it converted for e85, i know he has the 1150 injectors, and a bigger fuel pump and a regulator, other than that, what else is needed? and whats the difference in mileage with e85?

It evens out with gas prices. Mileage is worse though, about 30% worse actually.

I was figuring 0.11 cents every mile I go on E85 and 0.12 cents on pump. LOL

Alright, but what else is needed for e85?
You've got it all. All you REALLY need is at least a 255 walbro and big injectors. I'm assuming you don't have a 190. If you do, change that. Since you have an AFPR also make sure your fuel pressure is 43.5 with the vacuum line off.

Most would recommend you change your fuel filter to a new one. Like WIX or something. If it's never had E85 run in the tank it's going to clean the gunk out of the gas tank. And guess where it winds up?

You might need to do a few filter changes. I've been lucky enough to not have had to, but I changed my filter right before switching to E85.

alright, if I'm running pump gas right now and its set for e85 could that be my issue? When I get to about 4700-4900 rpms it just starts popping and I cant rev any higher.

It could be a boost leak, but I think the major issue is the tune. The entire reason for guys running E85 is that they can get away with much more boost and timing. E85 also requires more fuel be burnt to make the same amount of power (hence the oversized injectors). So by filling the car up with pump gas (without changing the tune back to stock) you are likely running way too much timing, boost, and fuel.

So like I said, you need to revert the tune back to stock so you don't damage the engine. If you need help with that, just let us know.

Is there a way to reset it without having the program? I was planning on going to a shop to get it tuned in about a week. I dont drive it right now because of the tune. If i reset it to stock and drive it, would that be a risk? I'm running 15 lbs right now.
