What size bolt???

Long story short, my friend acquired a car which has a turbo and he knows nothing about turbos. I know a lot about cars but not turbos.

So his turbo has a boost leak because hes missing a bolt. Its a DSM T25 turbo and I want to know what the bolt size is so we can just put one in there. Would that even work? Picture is in the link

IIRC, O2 housing bolt = 10mm x 1.25 x 31mm

Thanks! Can I just remove the rest of the bolts, replace gasket, and put it back on? Also what are the torque specifications? Thanks

That missing bolt would cause an exhaust leak, but not a boost leak
