what should i run at the track

I have a turbo xs blv and a air filter i wanna know what i should run in the 1/4mile i hope to add exhuast and a intake before i run it so let me know what u think i will run and what i can do to impove it liek take the conv top motor out.

i wouldn't try to lighten the car unless you really need to impress someone because then you have an unrealistic time.
i go to the track on 18's with all my stereo and maybe even some books in the back seat.

i would say with a FULL 3" TURBO-BACK exhaust you would hit a high 14 if you don't have a high elivation hot humid track.

alot depends on the track conditions i would say you could see almost a full second differance from denver at 100 degrees to pheonix at 60 degrees

i ran 15.2 with a air filter and a blow off valve but i had 17 inch chrome wheels and it kept tire hopping i had a 2.5 60 foot which sucks so if u can get better traction than i did u should run a mid to hi 14

I just ran 14.799 wednesday night with 3" cat-back, injen intake, and greddy type-s bov. I also had light weight 17" wheels.

With a good launch and fast shifting, you can probably get into the 14s; probably not better than mid 14s. Stock DSMs run approximately a flat 15 stock. However, FWD DSMs are usually harder to launch unless the driver is very skilled.

yes it will. you will make a stock 5.0 cry. hell with my mods i make stock GT's cry around here. oh i ran a 15.3 with my mods, but i suck at the track, the car seems way slower than the street.

Anyway, no one can answer your question becasue it there is no answer. There are so many variables it's not even funny, altitude, traction, you driving, and the condition of your car. Just go to the track and then report back.
