What size injectors should I run

For my setup I have dynomax turbo back exhaust, 16G turbo, k&n intake, boost controller, boost gauge, air fuel guage. This is how the car came when I bought it. I bought a
walbro 255LPH fuel pump, an Apexi SAFC, and I plan on buying the IE-FPR Fuel kit on the homepage. I was wondering what size injectors I should get. Ive read that with an SAFC 660cc injectors can be difficult to tune. Id like to push around 350 at the crank (a little more if possible), would 550cc injectors get me there? What size injectors would I need to meet these goals. I was also wondering what would be safe to run for boost on that setup. I also plan on getting an FMIC within a couple months and the eprom chip socketed and reprogrammed. This is not my daily driver and I have some time and money to devote so any advice would be appreciated.

I would strongly suggest going with the 660s but buy dsmlink before anything else. Then take the SAFC/af gauge out and sell them. The DSMlink will be more usefull for you then both of those.

That is what I would like to do eventually. But for now I plan on spending the least amount and get the most out of it as possible and I already have the safc. What are realistic goals to reach with 550cc and the safc. I have found some evo injectors and they go for under 200 on ebay.

My goals are slightly above yours, 350awhp. I will be running a Evo 3 16g, ported 2g mani, Tial 38mm, DSMLink and since 550, 660, 770, 880's are all 280 bucks, I would get the 880's and dsmlink if I were you. I asked this question on a local board and the smallest i'd go would be 660's only because the turbo flows about 44lb/min and with 660's you will be running something like 85% and you always want to stay at 90 or below to prevent injector failure. So to anwser your question, 660's.

It all depends on what your realistic goal is with the turbo. Do you want to max it out, or keep in the mid range of the turbos performance. I know people who use 660's on the e316g and its just fine for them. They have even have it tuned tuned the a SAFC2 as well. Research the 16g a little more and you can figure out what is best for you at the time being. Like you said, you eventually plan on going with the link but you might find out that it would be best to get it now or you might not.

Thanks for all the help guys. I bought some 550's off ebay from an evo for 150. I read on one of the links you can run 20-21 psi on 550's while running 93 octane(which is what I run).Ill run em for a while and see if they get me to where I want to be. If not Ill sell them and go bigger. Right now I just want to get the car up and running without goin to crazy on parts. Like I said I bought the car from a freind who had it pretty much maxed out the stock fuel system which he was planning on upgrading but his ecu was junk and he didnt have the time or money to keep up with the project. I really dont know to much about the history of the car so I want to make sure all the internals are good. That way if anything does break the little bit of money here and there I save on performance parts can go towards fixing the weak links. Thanks again
