Okay, so the evo 3 16g is installed, the injectors are installed, and i have a safc 2. I want to try out the car. what settings should i run with and what psi.

THE FUEL PUMP HAS NOT ARRIVED YET.

We can't tell you anything until you tell us what size injectors you bought. Do you have a logger? Which fuel pump did you buy? 190? 255+ AFPR?

If by settings, you mean AFC settings....then noone can tell you what to put in except the person in your passenger seat holding the logger. You DO NOT want another persons setting in your car. Its not a safe was to tune. Goodluck and pick up a logger if you dont already have one.

read this as well.

just take it for a test drive at 12 psi and if you dont hit fuel cut its safe to run 15psi trust me i ran mine like that for a while

That's not very good advice without a logger. I know people who have issues at 12psi. You never know what's going on even at low boost. I wouldn't do anything without my logger :thumb:

really i never said it was good advise i just said run it. its not going to hurt anything if your friends having issues at 12psi then he needs new gauges the car wont allow anything to happen thats why theres fuel cut, the worst thing to happen is fuel cut. keep in mind the car he has is all stock with the turbo o -safc which if he doesnt touch anything he can drive it around the block a couple of time to satisfy his needs
