what kinda gains could i get from an msd igniton?

simple as that... im looking to get as much power out of my motor before i go for an upgraded turbo, if i even do that. i wanna know what kind of power i can expect from an msd ignition. thanks!

Better gas milage, easier start ups and better throttle response, it really won't increase your power out put enough to make it worth while, I would just go with the turbo upgrade instead.

i think my car might be running a little on the rich side... would this help get a more complete burn as well?

In theory it could but in reality it won't. The stock ignition system is plenty good. If you are looking for power gains, save your money and spend it elsewhere.

That upgrade is useless on a fairly stock car. Our cars have a great ignition system stock. The only time you will actaully see a gain in HP numbers is when you step up to a big turbo, N20, and the like and need the help to light off the mixture. If you are runnign rich then you need to find out why and fix it. MSD wont do that.
