Frank 3 20G. 46-trim Garrett compressor wheel mated to a TD06 turbine.

The reason it's using a 17C compressor cover is that the pitch of the 46-trim compressor wheel is already steeper than a standard 20G cover is, so they had to go one step down to find a machinable compressor cover.

The 46-trim compressor flows about as much air as an evo3 16g wheel based on a comparison of the compressor maps.

The td06 turbine is going to make her a little laggy for what you can get out of the compressor. A good ol' evo3 16g would be a better choice.
