What kind of intercooler kit will work with my mods?

I have a greddy intercooler kit on my 97 eclipse gsx now but it needs to be replaced and i bought the car with all these mods so i dont know which intercooler would work with these mods? do i need 2.5" intercooler pipes or 3"?
