This 1g GSX im buying had a Buschur racing fmic but the guy sold it and put the stock inter cooler back on. How much psi of boost can I safely run with the stock inter cooler?
Im a newbie to the whole 4G63 motor b.c I previously had a 420a.

An exact number will be hard to theorize, especially without any information on the vehicles modifications. Will you be running the stock 14B?

The help I can give you is this: Stock boost levels are about the only thing a stock intercooler can effectively cool. Raising the boost to 15 Lbs while on the stock intercooler means you will get better power on your first pull when things are nice and cool, and then power will drop-off noticeably after that.

Here are the mods for the car:
- T3T4 turbo
- 2G ported manifold
- External waste gate
- 1G BOV vented
- 3000 GT fuel pump
- Ported & Polished head
- ACT 2600lb clutch
- Sidanza Aluminum light weight fly wheel
- Greddy turbo timer
- 660cc injectors

sorry for not posting this earlier
I was just wanting to know about how much psi I can run safely until i can get my fmic. Thanks
