What Kind of Spraypaint Would Work?

Ok, my 97-99 front end is on, but it just seems like it's missing something. I decided that it is because the top middle piece (with ridges) in the intercooler opening was painted the same red as the rest of the bumper instead of black. I think that a flat rattlecan black would do the trick, and I can spray the foglight housings too if I wanted to for matching purposes. My question is what do you guys think the best spraypaint black for this situation?

use the krylon fusion paint. it is designed for plastics and seems to hold up better than anything else ive tried

Is it just Krylon Fusion, or is there a specific shade of black within Krylon Fusion? Anyone else second that? I can't bring myself to cut off that piece, so that is out of the question (NOT saying that it doesn't look good, just that I prefer to keep it on).

Krylon Fusion is a type of paint line they have...not a color.
