What kind of Intercooler is this..

I am well aware its a Greddy FMIC, but I searched a few parts sites and couldnt find this exact one anywhere..its pretty small compared to a lot of others Ive seen..was wondering if anyone knew which one exactly this is or any pro's/con's to it. Im not a big fan of the way the inlet/outlet piping is set up to be run to the same side..arnt a lot of others set up differently?

It's probably an 18R. That's an older Greddy kit. The top pipe should run through the bumper support though.

Ya, I am planning on fixing that today..gotta loosen and adjust all the intercooler piping..pain in the ass . I got boost leaks out the ass that I plan to take care of while im at it.

hey if you are unhappy with the performance of that intercooler, switch it to a top to bottom flow core. It will give you much shorter piping, but oyu can still reuse all the piping you have there. That really long crossover pipe will provide more than enough material to redo your piping for a new core. The top to bottom cores outperform the side to side by quite a bit, a smaller core like this will outperform a much larger side to side once they are both at operating temperature. My intake temps are so low, people would hardly believe them unless they watched me log them.
