It is the starter relay. Part number MB398020. Worth noting that this same relay is used on many vehicles and for many different circuits, so it may not be advertised as a “starter” relay.

If your 2g is a MT (not AT) and the turbo, you don't even need the starter relay as it is a normally closed relay. It only opens (opens up the circuit) if the clutch pedal is not pressed or the theft alarm goes off to disable the starter. If you don't care about those, just unplug the relay and connect the black-red wire to the black-yellow. The ignition switch start position will still provide power on the black-red to activate the starter.
