Im thinking about buying this engine for my car...however I noticed this part that I circled in yellow. Whait is. I dont think its on my engine that I got now or is it?

That motor is from an Galant VR4 From Japan and is the most common JDM 4G63 motor sold. The pipe you circled is the charge pipe to the hot side of the intercooler piping that runs above the exhaust manifold on the VR4. Just take it off and use yours. The turbo is still a standard TDO5 so there are no differences. :dsm:
 
the one that goes to the throttle body is fine... the ones that go to the heatercore are just bunched up in there
