What is this instrument panel light?

So I just bought this car and an amber light in the dash that looks like an ancient Greek carousel stays on all the time. It's in the lower left hand corner of the instrument panel directly under the tach. Out of the three lights in that area, it's the one furthest to the right.

The car didn't come with an owner's manual and the Haynes manual doesn't cover these remedial things. Did the whole site search thing and nothing came up. Can anyone identify it please?

Been having trouble with the charging system (alternator generating 14-14.5V but the battery isn't seeing it so it's not charging). Would this be an indication for it?

Low coolant light. Top off your coolant and it will turn off.
