Solution
does anyone know the inner timing belt cover part number. its the lower one with the ruber plug, i have tried searching and i cant seem to get mitsubishiASA website to work on my computer, thanks

Want to make sure we are on the same page, you are referring to the piece with the small rubber plug (on the intake side) for the timing tool? If so, you are looking for MD199941 for a 2G. The 1G 6-bolt part number is MD129344 and the 1G 7-bolt number is MD194496.
