What is the belt behind the cam timing belt?

did a search on timing belt and did not find this.. what is the belt behind the cam timing belt.. conects to the crank behind the cam timing belt and goes off towards the front of the engine.. very small belt.

also? anyone know the size of the exhaust nuts for the down pipe to cat connection? thread pitch?

As for the rest of the stuff, dunno off the top of my head, but it sounds like you need a service manual. The thread pitch info would probably be in there.
