What is OEM turbo size?

I have a 95 eclipse GST and was wondering what the factory turbo size is and who makes it....I thought the factory size was a 14g or equivelent....I am being told other wise so this is why I ask...

I did do a search and nothing came up...

stock 2g turbo is a t-25. 1g auto is a 13g, 1g manual 14b

14b not g..And that's for a 1g..Like he said, 2g is t25..
