i am just wondering what all do i need to upgrade my stock 2g eclipse bov to an apexi bov and where can i get it from? and also the same question for if i am upgrading my stock little a#s turbo to either a 14b or 16g turbo? thanks for your help

1. BOV - Seeing you're going to upgrade your turbo, your upper intercooler pipe needs to be replaced. It pinches down to about an inch where your stock airbox is, that's a huge restriction. So when you get a new UICP from a vender, just ask for it with the apexi BOV flange attached, many good vendors give you the option of a flange.
2. Turbo - You will need a "2g install kit", costs around $100 on ebay. Or you can listen to some people on this site, ghetto rig one for $95, spend hours making the kit, and end up with one that isn't proven like the vendor kits.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't this be in the newbie section?

That's exactly what I was going to say Bigglesworth, if you don't even know to get a new UICP, you should probably chill on the newbie forum for a few months until you have a set plan for intake, exhaust, intercooling, piping, fuel delivery, fuel management, turbo setup, and everything else in between.
