what is a good set of cams for a nt for low end torque

Ive got a 92 nt/turbo conversion with a t3 t4 and im wanting to do a set of cams next. Ive read alot of different forums about good cams and bad cams. Im not wanting to go to extreme right now since im not sure how my talon will run since it hasnt had its 1st start up since the conversion yet. But im guessing im going to want more lower end power since t3 t4 turbos spool at higher rpms. Im only going to be runnin 12-13 psi for the time being. My 2.0 is bored 50 over and a fully rebuilt. Thats the way i buaght it thru auto zone as a remained. So im guessing they just put stock size nt cams in there. Any ideas guy?
 
those numbers are not lift, but as said earlier, duration. As in how long the valve is open in degrees of rotation.

The lift is how far open the valve is, ie, how far off the seat that the valve is. Measured in mm or parts of an inch.

There is much more to a cam than duration, and even lift. There are ramp angles, centerlines, overlap etc etc.

To the OP, maybe ask about a turbo cam tho, your car is not an N/T anymore. N/T cam needs are quite different than turbo cam needs. A good n/t cam probably won't be a good turbo cam and vice versa.

And if you indeed want to go with a torque cam, not a power cam(lower rpm), a stock cam is quite useful here. No need to change them at all.

If you want more power than stock and not loose any torque to speak of, get a "stage 1" cam. I use that term loosely, but it may be helpful, depending on your knowledge of the subject. Mosf of these cams have lower duration, less lift and milder ramp angles, and less lobe seperation. This will give good torque, good fuel economy, cleaner emissions, smooth idle as well as a bump in higher rpm performance that you will notice. Examples are HKS 264 cams, FP1 cams etc.
